Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to enrolment in and use of digital courses supplied by Kruger Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd trading as Kruger Engineering Academy.
Course access
Course access is personal to the registered learner and may not be shared, transferred, resold or used by another person. Access may begin immediately after successful enrolment and payment confirmation.
Course content and certificates
Course descriptions identify the intended scope of each programme. Completion certificates are issued only when the applicable learning, completion and assessment requirements have been met. Unless expressly stated for a particular course, a course or certificate must not be interpreted as a professional licence, statutory registration, guaranteed employment outcome or recognition by a particular professional body.
Intellectual property
Course materials, assessments, graphics, videos, documents and other Academy content remain the intellectual property of Kruger Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd or the applicable rights holder. Learners may use course content for personal learning but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit it without written permission.
Learner conduct
Account sharing, fraudulent activity, unauthorised copying, assessment manipulation or misuse of Academy systems may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.
Payments and refunds
Paid enrolments are subject to the Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Technical access
Learners are responsible for suitable internet access and compatible devices. Where a verified Academy platform failure prevents reasonable access and cannot be resolved, the Academy may provide restored access, credit, rescheduling or another appropriate remedy.
