Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 22 September 2026

Kruger Engineering Academy supplies digital learning content that may become available immediately following successful enrolment and payment.

Digital course purchases

Course fees are generally non-refundable once access to paid digital course content has been granted, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where a learner has accessed, viewed, progressed through or downloaded course material; attempted or completed an assessment; completed a course or obtained a certificate; changed their mind after commencing the course; failed an assessment; or cannot participate for reasons unrelated to an Academy platform failure.

Duplicate payments and technical failures

Where an obvious duplicate payment has occurred, or where the Academy is unable to provide purchased course access because of a verified technical failure that cannot reasonably be resolved, the Academy may provide a refund, credit, restored access or other appropriate remedy.

Refund requests

Requests must be sent to krugerengineeringgroup@gmail.com with the learner name, course, payment reference and reason for the request. The Academy may review enrolment, access, learning-progress, assessment and certificate records when considering a request.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
